Big disappointment
I bought this in August 2025. As of January 2026 it has been back to Lenovo for repair on two occasions as it stopped working. They have replaced the motherboard on both occasions - fairly major. Today, 26/1, another issue has developed, which meant being on the phone with Lenovo for nearly 2 hours to try to sort out. Not convinced that it will be a permanent fix I have returned to Argos for a full refund. Lenovo customer support was not bad, until today when it was not good. Obviously a faulty product from the start.

i bought this laptop around july as i broke my old one, and this laptop is so much better then my old laptop and im so glad i bought it !!! i definitely reccomend this laptop if you’re doing course work or being creative like using adobe software

So far a real blessing to have a PC that is prompt. My former 7 year old machine was grinding to a halt. And it was a desktop. The laptop helps with portability. Only quibble is that the description states 15.6 inch screen but it is 14 inches, unless my ruler is lying.
