The big long nose was the centre of the game.
My Granddaughter had this game two years ago and I have never laughed so much in my life. You have to wear a big long nose on your face. Each player takes turn with the nose on your nose to draw a picture that we can quests what it is. We never got that far as we all be look hilarious west the nose and the laughter became the game. Fabulous game

The Pencil Nose game comes with 3-4 adaptors to enable the use of other pens once the marker has run out.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised: Only one schnozzle is supplied with each game, so we would recommend to wipe down after every use with antibacterial wipes or spray.

Looks like only 1 according to the box. If you are in the same family bubble you should be ok or you would just have to sanitise it after each persons go.

Looks like it is a felt tip or marker type pen rather than a pencil so that picture can be rubbed off with a cloth or the remover that is included in box ready for next person to have a go.
