No we would not recommend using this on a barbecue. Enamel-coated cast iron (as this product is) can:
Be damaged by direct flame or uncontrolled high heat
Suffer cracking or chipping if exposed to sudden extreme temperature changes
Face discolouration or coating failure from charcoal or gas BBQ hotspots.
