Just purchased this and surprised by the quality and performance, particularly as this is the base model.. Camera is simple to set up and the monitor is easy to use and has a good screen size. Two way talk is useful and especially the picture quality of the night vision. Very good value for the price paid.

It's OK for the money. It does the job. I found the range of adjustability of the camera was not that great. I thought I might be able to place the camera on a shelf opposite the bed. In the end I had to attach to the camera to the wall.

If you want to monitor a baby from a hot/steamy bathroom type environment, a suitable mobile phone may be used to remotely access one of our smart monitors.

If a UK approved baby monitor is used outside of the UK, the product may not meet the specific country regulations, therefore they do not recommend using the product outside the UK.

"For security purposes, you cannot add an additional full baby monitor set or separate camera.
However; there are two options to resolve your situation; either purchase a separate VTech baby monitor and run independently or purchase the VTech RM9761 smart cam (Argos code 829/7468), where within the VTech app, you can monitor your baby or child.
With any of our current full smart baby monitor sets, the VTech RM9761 smart cam the additional camera’s can be added to the account, but only viewable via your registered mobile device, not via a separate VTech smart monitor viewing screen."
