A very good shredder
I purchased thus shredder as a replacement for my 25 ltr cross cut shredder. Although this shredder is 15 ltrs the shreded paper takes up less space, so we do not have to empty it that often. We are very pleased with this purchase.

Don’t overfill ya box!
These shredders are great for doing the odd few shredding jobs but a long run will usually result in the thermal cut out pausing proceedings. The shed size is fine so box fills and settles better than my other shredder which broke when it took paper up from the box, jammed and stripped the plastic drive gear (lesson is never overfill the collection box!). The shredded paper is a good size for an addition to garden compost.

I am pleased with this micro cut shredder. It is a little noisy but that isn't a concern for me. It cuts well into tiny pieces but I'd recommend a maximum of 4 pages at a time or it really labours, so the claim that it handles 8 sheets at a time is a bit exaggerated. The lid with the built-in mechanism in it is a little awkward to lift off because it is quite heavy. All in all I am very satisfied with it

The blades are not accessible to users. For safety reasons, customers should not disassemble the product. It is dangerous.
The "REV" mode allows the cutting blades to run in reverse direction in case of a paper jam. This mode may help clear any blockages without the need to access the blades directly.

"Duty cycle is approx. 2 minutes. When the motor is overheated, the machine will shut down automatically. Allow to cool down before resuming."

Considering that the maximum number of 'standard' (80gsm) sheets is 8 (so 640gsm total), 350gsm should be no problem at all.
I think it will cope, one sheet at a time, no more.

After Investigating I can confirm that this ProAction 8 Sheet 15 Litre Micro Cut Shredder can shred any paper product as long as it is no thickier than 8 standard sheets (80gsm x 8).
