About this product
The Silentnight Toulouse Divan Set helps you organise your bedroom storage while giving you a solid place to sleep. It combines a single divan base with two enclosed drawers and a fabric headboard that adds a sleek finish to your space. The drawers run along one side, giving you convenient access to bedding, clothes or personal items without needing separate furniture. The neutral grey fabric finish fits with most bedroom colour schemes and styles.
The headboard attaches to either end so the bed can work for your room layout. Beech legs lift the base off the floor for easier cleaning underneath. The drawers slide smoothly and hold essentials out of sight, helping reduce bedroom clutter. Set arrives without a mattress so you can pair it with your preferred sleeping surface. Minimal assembly required with clear instructions and fixings included. Backed by a 5 year manufacturer's guarantee.
This set does not include a mattress, meaning you're able to choose the best mattress to suit your needs, without compromising on style. The set is designed to complement any of the 8 Silentnight premium pocket mattresses, with a beautiful neutral finish available in either sandstone, slate grey or ebony fabric.

Poor workmanship
Very badly finished off loads of cloth threads left underneath, staples on cloth sticking out very disapointed at the quality of workmanship very poor

Could be better
It's ok but uses cheap materials so a bit flimsy, particularly the top. The clips for fastening the w halves together are useless. The legs are unnecessarily tall making the whole bed looked overwhelming in an average room.

Nice looking bed & headboard
Good quality, attractive looking bed divan and headboard.

Good bed
Bed is fine and was easy for two of us to put together. The big problem was the two plastic clips to be used to join the two halves. They were VERY difficult to fit over the two halves and when I finally got one on it snapped! Have sourced four metal ones for £3 which went on so easy and are so much more substantial.

Poor quality
Drawers are very, very hard to open and close. The marked places to make holes to fit legs and headboard were a long way from the screw threads. Not mega but made it a much longer assembly. I don’t know why but I expected from Silentnight brand.

Big disappointment
The first problem was that one of the drawers could not be extracted because it had come apart and its hardboard base was fouling the frame. We probably could have fixed that. But then we could not screw the first leg into the frame. Having seen that the thread on the leg had a protective plastic sleeve which was transparent and not noticed at first we tried for at least ten minutes, even using considerable force, to engage the thread with the frame but the hole appeared to be blocked by wood. In fact, it appeared that the frame had been fixed the wrong way round as it was simple to screw the leg to the frame INSIDE the bed! I’d be grateful if Argus could confirm this. So, much wasted effort and time taking the bed up and then downstairs. We received a refund for the bed but not the promised delivery charge. PS absolutely no instructions were provided which might, at least have confirmed whether the construction was faulty as we suspected.
