Awful Divan base
Ordered this divan set with 4 drawers and it was absolutely awful. One drawer was broke, one wouldn't open and the other two were stuck together with unsightly glue... It definitely didn't fit the bill as a Silentnight divan base. The workmanship on it was very bodged. Luckily. Argos customer service team responded very well and picked it up on Sunday after it being delivered on the previous Thursday . Now have had refund. Definitely wouldn't recommend this bed. Avoid at all costs...

Awful
At least 2 of the drawers were broken and other parts fell off. Poor quality and cheap materials, needless to say I cancelled and arranged return and refund.

Looks pretty. Couldn't find instructions on their website but the assembly was pretty straightforward. Shame the feet were missing and a drawer was broken. Argos was prompt to send spare parts 2 days later which we really appreciated.

Lovely bed but had to return
The bed was a beautiful neutral colour and the fabric had a nice texture. I’d love to have kept it, but the delivery people wouldn’t take it up the staircase because they are the type that go up a bit, then turn back on themselves. Fair enough, and I couldn’t manage it, so sadly returned. I’d 100% order again if/when I have a straight staircase.

Nice looking bed but not easy to assemble
The bed looks nice and is reasonable quality. However the feet were a nightmare to screw in, the clips to hold the two halves together didn’t go in to well and trying to get the headboard fixed in took ages. The headboard needed more fixings as it hangs loose from the top of the bed. One of the drawers doesn’t sit flush either but for the price the bed is on

Nice bed but arrived damaged
I bought it new and it had a burn mark in the middle of the base. I contacted Argos to fix the issue and still haven’t heard back. Bed looks nice overall but it shouldn’t arrive damaged.

The drawers are already assembled and are complete in the divan half. They are secured for delivery purposes with a piece of fabric over them to protect and keep them in place."
