This display unit showcases your ornaments from 3 sides with a clear glass door and 2 glass side panels. All glass parts are made of tempered/safety glass. Maximum load weight per shelf is 5kg.

Putting the cabinet together not a problem but when putting the stability bar in place it then caused the door not to close. Only overcame the problem by bending out the lugs on the stability bar.

On putting together the main door shattered into tiny pieces, almost spontaneously, it must have had a defect, I have realised a complaint but I’m still waiting!

I bought this as a follow-up to an earlier purchase. Very easy to install with a good set of instructions. A very solid cabinet with plenty of glass shelves. If you are looking for a glass cabinet, I would recommend this one.

The supplier has advised the following for spacings of the shelves on the 1 Door Glass Display Cabinet - Silver:
- 30.5cm
- 31.6cm
- 38.0cm
- 31.6cm
- 31.3cm
(These are from top to bottom).
There are extra holes for the shelves though so these are the average not all the possible gap option.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Habitat 1 Door Glass Display Cabinet - Silver: you can build up the cabinet without shelves, or with just 1 shelf or 2 or 3 or 4 shelves.

Yes, you can still fix this to a wall if you have a skirting board. The the skirting board can be up to 5cm in size. The user manual confirms also that, to prevent overturning, this unit must be used with
the wall attachment provided.
