The bench offers 6 positions plus a dedicated ab setting for variety. You can train chest, shoulders, arms, back and core effectively. The removable foot lock gives unrestricted movement during bench press. It unfolds ready to use without assembly needed. Just open it up and start your workout straight away.

The bench folds flat in 30 seconds for storage. It slips under furniture or into cupboards when folded. Rubber tips on the base compensate for uneven floors. That provides stability during training sessions. The steel frame supports users up to 200kg safely. Backrest adjusts to 4 angles for flat, incline and upright positions. The seat angle changes too for exercise variation. It's built for regular home workouts without taking over your space.
