Bulky but incredibly effective
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We took our frostvault away for the first time over the hot bank holiday weekend. Ur milk was still cool after three days out of the fridge/in the cooler - very impressed with this. It's much bulkier than our previous cooler, and given how big it is, there's not that much space inside, but it undoubtedly works much better than any others we've seen. Our friends were impressed too.

Ice melted on car journey
Bought this and tried it this weekend for the first time. We followed the instructions and used the recommended amount of ice. We had a two hour journey to the campsite. By the time we go there about 90% of the ice had melted which was very worrying as this had all our food and drinks for the weekend. We did end up having to bin some of the food. As said we read and followed all the instructions and was left unhappy especially for the price.

Should have gone for a bigger one. Good for 2 days
Nice but ... we bought 2 x smaller coolers due to thinking we wouldnt have the space for the larger one. ( Caddy camper, our current cooler is massive in comparison and takes up so much room) Should have bought the larger one ! By the time you have the right amount of ice (7kg)... your space is taken up. Pre chilling... thats a lot of work. We filled milk bottles up with water and froze them to pre chill the night before . Then filled with bags of ice ( I made extra large ice cubes and bagged them up in freezer bags) the day we set off. 2 days in 30°s in a blackout tent we had about a third of the ice left. (Some was used in drinks ) I absolutely love the dry drawer ! Made rolls up and pizza. Placed a thin ice pack at the bottom. Kept the food cool for the 2 days we needed I wouldn't say it would last more than 3 days of normal use. I.e opening to get milk out, food out, drinks being replaces etc. Would i rate it above my other cool box.... probably not due to lack of useable space.

Not what i was hoping for!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After immediately being sucked in by the great branding and product name. I order one of these for camping. The product worked well in general, but here are my main gripes; Product is larger and heavier than expected. It's hard to carry after adding 7kg of ice. Ice melted after 48 hrs. But the most anoying thing is when you remove items from the main ice comparment, as you lift them out the ice all rolls into its place so you end up digging around in the ice when you try to put items back. Will try something else.

Perfection!
I bought this cooler to take to Glastonbury to keep her drinks cool and provide ice and cold water. It was extremely hot here this year I had ice cold drinks and solid ice for three days and then cold water for another two days. This cool surpassed my expectations. I feel like under normal circumstances it would last the five days it boosts to keep ice solid for. I didn't realise the drawer would be stuck a great asset to this. I was able to keep yoghurts and snacks cold for the whole time I was at Glastonbury.

Very happy!
Excellent, still had ice cubes and half frozen ice packs after 48 hours in a 25+ degree camping weekend. Cans were still cooler than I’d get out the fridge at home. Some condensation around the outlet bung but it’s not a leak so don’t worry about those reviews that say it leaks, it’s just a few drops of condensation! Drawer is super handy for the bits that need to stay cool and dry because soggy bacon ain’t that fun.

Great long lasting cool box
Need this for my travel to and from the south of France. Keeps essential British food cold for me to enjoy, especially breakfast ingredients. Whilst there, great for pic nics and just acting as a beer fridge outside
