Large clear screen

Asus Vivobook 18 inch screen.
I have given 4 stars because I have only had the product for a few days. I love the large screen and as I won't be moving it around, or travelling with it, it suits me well. I like the keyboard as the letters are white on black and lit up thereby easier to read. I don't find the mouse as responsive as I'm used to but otherwise a good buy at a good price.

A solid machine with large screen
A more solid machine than I was expecting from ASUS. Very responsive and quiet in operation. So far, good battery life. Initially Windows didn't seem to think that there was any sound system or headphones socket, so it's a good thing that I am very computer literate, but it still took me over an hour to get it working properly. Other than that, just the usual unwelcome Microsoft intrusion, luckily, most of which can be turned off. Not a very user friendly keyboard layout but I am sure I will get used to it in time. Otherwise a nice computer so far.

Keyboard lettering is to faint and icons such as @ and ? are to small and again very faint and difficult to see
