Good back massager
This lower back massager work really quite well. The function sections are great. Heat goes up in 5 degree increments from 40-55. The vibration settings have a good variety and so does the light function. I don't really know what the led light do any way. The heat mixed with the vibrations really does work like a treat if you suffer with lower back pain. The belt could so with being a little bit bigger but this does come with a little extender. Battery light is ok. This massager has an auto shut off after 15 minutes of use you may need to pit it back on as i found this not long enough. I have also used the heat function of the belt for stomach aches and it has helped massively

Great for aches and pains
I am very impressed with this belt. My husband suffers with the odd back ache and said it really helped him. I found that it was also great for pains after a long working day on my feet, it was especially good for back pain caused by period pain. Would be really interested if they did a belt for stomach pain. It charges up quickly via usb lead, which is supplied. It also comes with an extender belt. There’s many settings, unfortunately the instruction manual doesn’t detail them fully. I had to just try each one to try the best one for me. I thought it heated up fast and kept the heat throughout the 15 minute session. It is noisy when the vibration setting is on. Very similar to the noise my breast pump made…so not the best when everyone is watching tv and you want to discreetly put the belt one. However it’s only for a short time but would be better if it was slightly quieter. I do however still recommend it as it did help my aches and pains well.

Genuine Daily Relief for Lower Back Pain – Comfort
I’ve been using the Reviber Zen Physio Lower Back Therapy Belt for a few weeks now and it’s genuinely one of the more practical and comfortable at-home solutions I’ve tried for lower back discomfort. The first thing that stands out is the build quality – the material is soft, padded, and feels really comfortable directly against the skin, so you can wear it for longer sessions without irritation, and it doesn’t feel like a stiff or bulky medical device. The inclusion of an additional back extender is a great touch as it makes the fit more adjustable and inclusive, especially if you want to wear it over clothing or prefer a looser fit while sitting. In terms of functionality, it goes beyond a basic heating pad by combining heat, vibration, and red/infrared light therapy, and while you don’t necessarily “feel” the light working, the overall effect is a deeper, more sustained sense of warmth and muscle relaxation. The heat builds gradually and can get quite strong on higher settings, which is great once you find your comfort level, and the vibration is more on the gentle side but still helps ease stiffness rather than acting like an intense massage. From a usability perspective, it’s very easy to integrate into daily life – it’s fully wireless, uses USB-C charging which is much more convenient than older cables, and the battery lasts well across multiple sessions, so you’re not constantly recharging it. I’ve been able to use it while sitting at my desk, relaxing, or moving around the house, and the hands-free design is probably its biggest strength because it means you actually end up using it consistently. In terms of results, it’s not a miracle cure or a replacement for medical treatment, but it does make a noticeable difference for mild to moderate lower back pain, especially that dull, nagging stiffness from long periods of sitting or after a long day. It doesn’t provide structural support like a brace, but that’s not really its purpose – it’s more about comfort, muscle relaxation, and ongoing management of everyday back tension. Overall, it feels like a well-designed, thoughtfully put together product that delivers what it promises, and the combination of comfort, portability, USB-C charging, and multi-therapy features makes it something I’ve actually stuck with using regularly, which says a lot.

Works well and comfortable
I have suffered with lower back pain for over 10 year's after having Cesarean sections. This is very soft and comfortable to wear and can be adjusted All portable so easy to move around in, although I tend to sit down whilst using. Heats up very quickly! Lovely feautre as dont have to wait for it to work, its instant! I found this to relieve tension and pain in the lower back area and I will continue to use. The vibration modes work well and has different settings depending on your circumstances, charges quite fast too! So its always ready for the next use Ive also found Im sitting a little better too after using this, so somehow miraculously dorts out your posture too Would definitely recommend this Physio belt for anyone with aches and pains as it really does work a treat

Easy to use!
I've been using the Reviber Zen Physio lower back therapy belt for just over a week now and it's a good belt! I suffer from back pain from heavy lifting and after an accident, so was interested in how it would help with pain and although it doesn't compare to real life physio, its a good home treatment at a cheaper cost. It is lightweight, very easy to put on and use. I'm a UK ladies size 10/12 and this fits me with no issues. The heat therapy warms up extremely fast which I was really surprised with and is very soothing and relaxing on achy skin. The vibration mode is more powerful and louder than I expected, so not the best function to use in bed or using in a quiet discreet environment. The vibration mode itself didn't feel like a massage but it did help any discomfort I had for a short time whilst on the high setting. The belt switches off after 15 minutes in use which is handy, whilst it comes with a belt extender for bigger sizes. Overall it is a good therapy belt. It is comfortable to wear, soothing when in use and cordless so can be used anywhere whilst multitasking.t’s a great home solution for managing everyday back discomfort, with only the vibration function that I wasn't too keen on.

Amazing product!
This massage belt really is good, a quick charge off of USB (c) and it's ready to go. Offering three functions, heat, massage, and Infrared for deeper tissue therapy it has everything to ease any back pains you may have. The belt heats up extremely fast (almost instantly) to a nice comfortable 40-55C. The vibrate/massage function (4 to choose from) offer a good selection of massages vibrations moving around different parts of your lower back. The IR function has a large array of IR lights to penetrate deeper into your muscle to ease back pains. I first tested this in my office at work, sitting down for many hours in a day can cause back pains and aches, and this belt really can help to ease this. Lying down in bed, put the belt on, and it can relax your muscles and help you drift off to sleep with a warming sensation, great! I tested the product with a couple of family members, and both of them just loved it, and wanted one for themselves. One sat working with it on for 15 mins, and instantly said he wants to use it again! In my opinion, its a great product and if you do suffer from back ache, and pains, I do recommend one. Only issue I can see is that if you have a slightly larger waist even with the extension it isn't going to fit. I'm about 33" waist and its fine, but I'd estimate anything above 36" it sadly isn't going to be suitable. Another use case, my daughter has said this belt could help with period pains or cramps, especially the heated function, not something I can test, but some certainly may find it of benefit. From my perspective though, this is something I think most households could benefit from having one, and with its quick charge rate and upto 9 hours use time its perfect and always available to use, I highly recommend.

It’s ok, just not sure how effective it is
This is a nice high quality belt that is easy to use with clearly labelled buttons and modes. You can adjust to whichever combination of light, massage and heat that you like which is a nice touch. I’m not a fan of the massage really, it’s the ‘buzzy’ type and I’m not sure that actually does anything for me, but I assume research has gone into the effectiveness else they wouldn’t be thousands of these products selling? My favourite bit is the warming and the width of the belt which gives good support when you’ve put your back out. It’s a shame these haven’t been designed to fit various parts of the body so you don’t have to buy separate ones for necks and knees for example. It’s ok, just not sure how effective the light and massage functions are.

Reviber Zen Physio Back Therapy Belt
I’ve been using the Reviber Back Therapy Belt for a lfee days now and it’s been a good help for my back, especially after long days or sitting too much. It’s easy to put on, fits well with the adjustable strap and feels comfortable against the skin. What stands out most is how quickly it heats up. It only takes a few seconds and you can choose between different heat levels, which is useful depending on how sore you feel. The heat definitely helps loosen things up. The vibration is a nice extra as well, it’s not overly strong but you can feel it working, and it adds to the overall relief. The red and infrared light side of it is harder to notice on its own, but combined with the heat it gives a more relaxing feel. It’s good that it has plenty of LEDs built in so the coverage across your lower back feels even. I also like that it’s cordless and rechargeable, so you’re not stuck next to a plug socket. The battery seems to last well and gives you enough time to actually relax with it rather than rushing. It’s not the most discreet thing to wear under clothes, and I found it works best when you’re sitting or lying down rather than moving about, but that’s how I tend to use it anyway. Overall, it’s not going to fix everything overnight, but it definitely helps take the edge off aches and stiffness. For something simple to use at home, I’d say it’s worth it.

Can for shorter periods
Found this to be a fab piece of kit and can see it coming in really handy for aches/pains after exercise, prolonged sitting in an office chair and even menstrual lower back pain. Charges up relatively quickly and was surprised/impressed with how quick it heated up from the moment it switched on through to the increase in temperature. The only negative would be it is quite loud when the vibration is on so it’s not really something you could wear whilst watching tv, can be turned off of course but feel it’s more beneficial when on.

Reviber back therapy belt
I have tried quite a few of these belts, but this one is by far the best. It offers fantastic features and is incredibly comfortable to wear. It comes with four heat levels ranging from 40°C up to 55°C. The temperature control is excellent, though I found 55°C a little too warm for my liking personally, so I tend to stick to the lower settings which are perfect. There are four different vibration modes which are amazing for relaxing muscles. I also really like that it has separate infrared settings that you can increase or decrease as needed. The belt comes with an extension piece, which allows it to adjust from 24 inches all the way up to 57 inches. It fits perfectly and stays in place, and the material is soft and very comfortable against the skin. Overall, I am extremely happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it!
