Nice addition
Bought this because we didn't want a conservatory as our house is always too warm , this suits us fine , undercover but open plan , took longer to put up than the instructions said (said half a day for 2 people) prob 8 hours for 2 people but we weren't rushing , had slight issue squaring it up almost like a couple of brackets were bent slightly to the wrong angle , overall very happy and was 25% off when we ordered

This will depend on a number of factors, such as the planning laws in your local area, if you're in a conservation area, how close or how far to the building you plan to set it and so on. I'd advise that you contact your local planning department for accurate advice on that.

This will depend on where you are putting it in your garden and how far away from the boundary it is. Also it can be higher if there is a shaped roof. I would advise contacting your local council for clarification on this. (There may be different rules per country as well).
