Battery drains very quickly
I've only been using this for a day, but the battery has already needed charging. Set up was fairly easy. Not impressed with night vision and cannot see how to adjust it. Field of coverage 8s more than adequate and provides a clear capture of movements outside.

Good bit of kit. Easy to fit and set up, especially if you already have TAPO devices and app. Might be worth buying an additional separate chime. I have it linked to my Google home devices which works but the notifications only come through at the volume the speakers are currently at also can't seem to turn of a device from getting the notification. Slight problem with the door bell going off on the upstairs speaker when the kids are in bed.

Great doorbell camera
Easy to set up using the step by step instructions included . If you don’t buy an SD card and want to view the footage , make sure you take up the free trial during set up because it won’t be offered again at a later date. Easy to attach to my door without any drilling. Great budget doorbell camera, you do need to alter the settings though to make sure that you don’t miss any detection areas.

Had this a couple of weeks now and am very happy with it. Great picture quality. Just installed a micro SD card so can now watch and download recordings. (Make sure you buy a quality class 10 card as it won't work with cheap copies).

We do not sell Chime separately, but you can purchase a Tapo hub such as H100, H200, or H500 to connect to the TD20 and use it as Chime.
They support switching between different ringtones.

No, you cannot run it from your phone's mobile data. At the location it's set up in, it needs to have a Wi-Fi connection.
You can control it remotely via the Tapo App on your phone though.

The TD20 has a non-removable (built-in) battery, so here's how to charge it:
1. Detach the doorbell from its wall mount.
2. Connect it via USB (Type-C) using a original/compatible USB power adapter and cable.
3. While charging, the LED will blink amber for 3 seconds then turn off, which indicates it is charging properly.
4. Once fully charged, reattach the doorbell to its mount.
