Good version and great sunglasses
Pretty easy to set up and fit nicely. I didn't bother with the variable lens as they're sunglasses primarily. Meta tends to have an American slant, so asking the weather gives temperatures in F rather than C. Be nice to change to an English voice and measurements! I noticed that calls on CarPlay come through on both car and glasses - I need to check on this. Great for taking phots as you walk or drive - the glasses are very comfortable to wear.

Great for vlogging or every day recording
Haven't used the meta gen 2 has much as I wanted, but what I have tested, these glasses are a game changer for POV footage that will make a massive difference to my content. The connectivity to my phone hasn't failed me yet, they stayed connected and played on demand, music, camera and dabbled a bit of translation which worked well. They fit very well and also look great on. The battery has lasted every time I've used them and hasn't drained that much. My favourite thing about these glasses is the fact that you can change the video recording to 3k over 1080p which has changed the footage I took greatly. Very pleased with my purchase and can't wait to fully test them on my next vlogging holiday.

The camera on them is so good, which i was skeptical about being a lover of taking photos and valueing a good quality phone camera - but I was not disappointed! The AI function in them is so useful - it can identify your surroundings and provide details of what is around you. The hands free is great! Sounds quality for music is great too! Honestly, these are such an impressive all rounder! They look great on (they do feel slightly heavy, but you soon get used to that! May be something to consider for those that might get headaches or pains from long wear of glasses as this may be a downside for those that struggle with that). All in all - fantastic gadget! And super stylish!

Quality of the pictures and sounds are outstanding. No need to look for a phone any more, especially with kids when you have to act fast to catch a moment! And design also very nice, classic and simple. A bit too small for my husband but just perfect size for me.
