Very pleased
Cools room nicely, you can attach a garden hose to take the water away but at the moment I'm using a bucket, didn't add much to electric bill, bit noisy but we're running it in the daytime, has remote control which is good, fairly heavy, well made, very pleased.

Great
It's a great portable conditioner unit. Cools down our bedroom pretty fast and has helped us sleep in this heat. It is noisy but for the price what do you expect. Overall really happy with it.

Does the job well but is loud
5/5 for cooling my bedroom in the heatwave but 2/5 for noise. Brought it so we could sleep comfortably and it certainly achieves that. Can nap in the middle of the day in confort. But if you aren't used to loud white noise probably need to invest in something more expensive and less portable. Overall I really like it. Portable so easy to put away. Easy to control with remote when in bed.

Best purchase ive made this year.
I bought this during the June heatwave and has been a game changer my family can actually get a good nights sleep a little noisy but if you like a bit of white noise no problem. Easy to setup and use and cools a standard room quickly.

Ok but air flow blows to side not str8 out front so have to turn unit to side to get the air flow

Brilliant features and settings
This is brilliant it cools the room very quickly it's cheaper than by other well known brand to run and works just as well I move between my son's bedroom and mine it's easy to do this as it's on wheels the noise isn't very high and again much lower than my other much more expensive branded portable unit, I really like the So knows more about everyone else than she does controller it has lots of very good features and settings also if you place the controller beside you the temperature from where you are in room ie bed

Great air con
I used my new air con last night it was beautiful. The room was 29 degrees. I put the air con on and it quickly cooled to 22 degrees. I love it. Slept well. The temperature was delicious.

I bought this item and I don’t have the window seal for the hose yet. In so far it works well for bedroom or study room. I love this when the heatwave comes

The supplier has advised the following for the Bush 9K Air Conditioner:
No drain is required when the product is in fan mode.
In cooling (air con) mode - the wider pipe should be attached which allows the warm air to be removed out of the window.
In Dehumidification mode - a pipe should be connected to the drain outlet - which is located next to the larger air pipe outlet. This allows for the continuous water drainage whilst the unit is in dehumidification mode.
