About this product
Block out all external light with this blackout roller blind that gives you complete darkness whenever you need. It's perfect for lie-ins, naps or shift workers who sleep during the day, keeping light from streetlamps, cars and early sunrises outside. The cloud grey shade brings a calm, neutral tone to your window that suits any room style. It's easy to install, with fixtures included, and you can trim it to size for the perfect fit. The mechanism fits either side, giving flexibility for your window layout.
The blind comes with a P clip that keeps the chain secure and safe, meeting 2014 blind safety standards. It fits inside or outside your window recess or mounts directly to the wall, giving you options that suit your space. The fabric is wipe-clean, so maintenance is simple and practical. Any creases from packaging should drop out naturally after 48 hours. Please note To ensure child safety and comply with health and safety requirements, always fit P clips or cleats when installing these blinds to keep cords and chains secure and out of reach.

Argos service could not have been bettered
I must admit that when I first started looking on line for a Blackout Blind Argos was not the first place i thought of looking, but not having had a great deal of success at the normal diy store websites I decided to give the Argos website a try and am glad I did. The type of blind I wanted was easy to find on their website, they had the required size in stock, it was very easy to order on line and collection at our local Sainsbury's superstore was very quick and easy. Having now fitted the blind I can confirm that it provides very good blackout for a room that receives a lot of direct sun. So, objective achieved.

Not 90cm
Was too small for what I needed (it’s actually 87.5cm not 90, it’s 90 with fittings but I didn’t read that bit till it was too late), so it was returned. Blind and fittings seemed good quality but obviously I didn’t need it in the end. Return process was a piece of cake and refund was quick!

Good, cheap blinds
For the price, they do a good job - looks nice, adds a pop of colour to the room, provides a decent level of shade. Wouldn't call them 'blackout', though; they keep street light out at night very well, however, sun still comes through in the morning. I wish they came in a greater variety of sizes; these were the biggest, and just about cover my window. Suitable for this property (rented, not long-term). With regards to installing them, the written instructions that come with them are not very good so I would recommend using an online video. Also, these are best installed by x2 people, not x1.

Blackout Indigo Roller Bline
Purchased this recently as needed something to stop bright sunlight on PC monitors. Easy to install. The blackout feature works very well, a reflective coating on the rear of the blind stopping any light passing through the blind. The indigo colour is very nice. Wipes clean with a cloth so will be easy to keep it looking like new. Very happy with the purchase. Great value for money.

The blind is listed as:
