Beautifully quiet and efficien.
We absolutely love our washing machine. We have 3 children so need to wash quite often but with this much larger drum we are down to one wash per day. It’s the same size as our old machine but can hold 4kg more! It’s so quiet and also it’s an energy and water saver! What’s not to like? Five stars!

Only had my machine for a couple of days and I can happily say it was easy to setup. It is easy to understand, the programming is easy, app interface, easy...yep, the whole thing is easy!!! The app actually works correctly unlike some others that are glitchy and difficult to navigate, this app is easy... I love the choice of programs, the touchscreen the sleek look, the fact that it is quiet in an open space and the auto dosing. But the best feature that I love about this machine is at the end of each wash it gives you a rundown of what's what, energy consumption etc...This is so worth every penny spent, I actually want to wash more clothes. Another feature which is great for me is the remote control. I often load up the machine and get distracted forgetting to press start...now with the remote whether upstairs or getting into the car all I have to do is press start on the app and my laundry is on...love it!! I would highly recommend this appliance to anyone and everyone looking for a five star plus machine.

Only good for scrap
Leaked on first use and flooded my kitchen, shook violently on spin. Neither Argos or Hisense want to know. Currently speaking to Citizens Advice and my credit card company

Excellent washing machine
This washing machine looks very smart and fits into the space between my kitchen cabinets. It is very quiet in comparison with my old machine and I love the automatic washing liquid and fabric conditioner which is dispensed according to the weight of the load which it estimates itself. You can switch off the function if you want to put in your own liquid. It does have a lot of programmes which are shown in detail visually on the screen as you turn the knob and you can alter the temperature, time, number of rinses, spin speed. You can just do a spin too if you've done a hand wash yourself. I am so pleased I bought this machine. It is easy to use.

Spectacular
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New house, & needed a new washing machine & after weeks of research pulled the trigger on the hisense series 5 (10.5kg 1400rpm). Had to fit the bottom with included a small mat ( something to do with reducing vibration.) Was a bit fiddly but only took 5 mins. So after a month I have to say I'm more than impressed. My first machine with Auto Dosing feature , will no doubt save me a small fortune over time as I used to much detergent in the past. Have used most cycles except Eco wash (3hrs 59m)/Cotton wash (4rs 15m with steam). Love the fact you can over-ride programmed settings (temperature, spin speed). Can choose loads between min/mid/max. Can switch off auto dosing & use powder but why would you. Notice you want to add something to the washing after cycle has began, no problem, touch the pause button door will unlock if water level is low enough. Washing towels was disappointing as we're really wet when done, Solution, change spin from 800 to 1400. I mostly use the auto cycle with steam function, unbelievably the machine weighs the load & works out how much water, detergent & softener it needs. Another feature is you can use multiple prewashes different amounts for different cycles but can add or deduct. So in summary looks great, adds class to kitchen. Dial has light for each cycle is fantastic. Wash time (countdown) is quite large & clear. Touch colour control panel simple to use. Very very quite including spin. Best machine I've ever had by a country mile.

I bought this washing machine a few weeks ago and what can i say i absolutely love it i have had a few washing machines but this one beats them all great looking machine with fantastic features auto dose quick washes etc the little tune it plays when the washing is finished the led light to see your washing i haven't managed to get the app paired with it yet if fits perfectly underneath my worktop I'm really pleased i purchased this one all aspects of the washing machine is what i was looking for.

Great machine
I’m really impressed with this washing machine. It runs extremely quietly, even during heavy cycles, which makes it perfect for open-plan living or running at night. The automatic dosing system is amazing,it takes the guesswork out of adding detergent and ensures every load comes out perfectly clean without any waste. Overall, it’s efficient, convenient, and makes laundry much less of a chore. Highly recommended!

Great washer
I've had this machine now for a couple of weeks but have used it a fair bit as had lots of washing to catch up on due to old machine breaking down. I an very happy with the functions that this machine has to offer, and the ones I have used work very well. The washer is very quiet and it's definitely a lot more quiet than my old washer, especially in the spin cycle. Seems to use a lot less water also, but as my old machine didn't give me that kind of feed back I'm only guessing this by how many times it loads water into the machine.
