About this product

Designed to sear and cook your food without having to use loads of oils and fats, it channels the oils away and adds those sear lines we all love - outdoor cooking in the comfort of your kitchen! Made from cast iron with a tough enamel coating free from lead and cadmium, this cast iron pan is suitable for most hobs including gas and induction. It's oven safe too, up to 240 degrees. Easy to clean, just hand wash it in warm soapy water.

I bought this to match my kitchen it looks lovely but is far too heavy I don’t use it any more I can hardly lift it

Throughly recommend this pan for grrilling steak or fish. Asparagus is great in it too. The colour of the pan matches my utensils perfectly.
