Difficult to push
Had this a few weeks good vac although it is quite heavy to use and was very hard to push on carpet ok on flat pile rug and hard floor not a problem for me but could be for some and the wire at the bottom gets in the way needs to be higher up

I have had this machine for 10 days and it's a good machine although the upright that holds the tools has snapped and appears quite thin plastic. So not robust as I thought

Superb performance. No problems so far
I am impressed with my new Vax vacuum. Performance is superb. I have always bought Dyson in the past but my daughter recommended Vax and I have no problems so far. My only niggle is that l am unable to register my Vax for my free 5 year guarantee. Website doesn’t recognise model number or serial number. What a pain.

Love the power of this cleaner bit heavy
We’ve had Vax products for years. Currently vac, steamer and iron. Our vac was on its way out so bought a new one different style this time. Oh my it’s so heavy. Yes it’s great and getting the cleaning done but a lot heavier. I love the longer cord. In the last few months both of us have had lung conditions and the filter has really made a difference great addition and can highly recommend that extra option. We didn’t realise how much our old vac wasn’t collecting anymore and how much the taste in the air but this vac is brilliant. Just wish it was lighter. However will put up with that with how good it is.

Brilliant with dog hair
I bought this a couple of weeks ago. An amazing product and so good at sucking up the dog hair. I’ve always had dysons and after mine broke after only a year ( part was replaced free) but i was fed up with it not taking hair off the carpet. I would definitely recommend this Hoover. Dysons are so overrated!

I just got this delivered today I couldn’t get it out of the box quick enough. 🤗. With the lift out action I was able to clean the stairs in no time, ok so the carpet is a few years old. It’s not looked so clean in ages as before I was only brushing it as my old hoover wasn’t safe for me on the stairs with it being so heavy. I’ve moved my fridge out hoovering up the bits with ease, the soft little add on brush has also dealt with skirting board dust with no problem. I would recommend this hoover to family & friends. 🤗

Terrific machine.
This is the best vacuum if have ever bought! It is light without being flimsy, the build seems of high quality. The performance is amazing, the headlight is a real boon enabling cleaning underneath furniture. I would recommend this amazing machine.
