About this product
The Vax LiftOut Pet is designed for a proper deep clean from floor to ceiling. The lift-out canister gives you serious versatility, so you can carry it up the stairs, tackle high corners, or get into skirting boards without lugging the whole unit around. The 2m hose stretches where you need it, and with the reach pole and attachments, you can clean pretty much every surface and bit of furniture in your home.
The Vax LiftOut Pet features HairWrap Resist Technology to prevent hair tangling on the brush roll, ideal for homes with shedding pets or long-haired family members. Its motorised floorhead cleans carpets, hard floors, and rugs with side suction for edge-to-edge cleaning. The 2L dustbin is large for an upright and empties hygienically at the touch of a button. Multi-cyclonic technology maintains suction. Weighing just over 6kg with a 9m cord, it's easy to move and reach. Includes pet tool, crevice and upholstery nozzles, and extension tubes. Runs at about 80 decibels.

Versatile
I have used this several times and love the versatility. It converts easily from upright to hand held which is particularly great for doing the stairs. You can use a long hose or a short one and there are a range of attachments. I like the long lead and the suction is good My only issue is that the holder for one of the attachments knocked off with just a light knock on the corner of the bed on the first use so I've had to tape it back on.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and I am really pleased with it. It's a little heavier than I expected but it has great suction. Really light when you lift it off to do stairs, curtains etc. Thevhair wrap feature works really well. Would recommend.

Great value and perfect for those with pets!
Really pleased with my purchase. The vax is more lightweight than our old Dyson model and I can't believe the amount of dog fur it picks up - amazing! It's really simple and easy to empty the dust. I thought the lights were unnecessary but then realised just how useful they are, they really light up surface dust and pet fur so it is useful to see where you've missed as it otherwise doesn't notice depending on your flooring. It was also a good experience using the attachments and lifting out the section to hoover the stairs to 'lift and go'. Quieter than I was expecting which is great! Only thing I struggle with is maneuvering as I'm used to the ease of the Dyson ball so will just take some time to adjust.

Best hoover I've ever bought
What a great buy. So much lighter than my last VAX hoover. I thought my carpets were clean until I used the pet VAX. No more taking the hoover apart to use nozzle I just press a button and lift it out. Easily emptied. Don't have to carry the whole hoover to clean the stairs. As a 74 yr old this has been a great feature
