I bought this to replace our old Humax which was playing up. I was apprehensive as I am 80 years old and not very techy. I needn't have worried. Very easy to set up. Easy to set up!
I am an old lady with not much technical ability but this has got to be the easiest gadget I have ever encountered. Admittedly as I was replacing my old Freesat box I just placed the cables where the old ones were situated but the instructions and procedures for setting up were easy and simple. Within a few minutes the box was up and running perfectly. I believe this Manhattan recorder has replaced the Freesat one and I have to state that I prefer the old remote control and the layout on the screen but it is just a case of getting used to it. In the past my Freesat recorders have only lasted 3 years so I am hoping that this one will last a little longer.
