Good tv
Had TV for a couple of weeks and happy with it. The remote is a bit small so easy to press the wrong buttons. Plenty of apps if that is what you want. As with all things a lot of set up is required before you can watch certain programmes. I have actually deleted a lot of apps as not wanted. Seems like they are trying to get you to sign up to various subscriptions. Why can't a TV be just that a TV , maybe l am just old.

Overly complicated
Very flimsy construction tv. Extremely light with no obvious Build quality. Set up like everything else these days is nigh on impossible for people of a certain age.. I'm pretty tech savvy and to me it seems overly complicated. For older folk you just want a TV you can turn on and change channels. This is not one of them and probably are just the same of most modern TVs. The remote is cheap and nasty with tiny buttons you can't make out unless your in a very well lit room. I've just set it up for my 72 Yr old sister and spent two hours trying to show her how to turn it on and find the live TV channels. In the end I told her just to press the inputs button and move to live channels. Everything else is well beyond her and I can't blame her.. CAN'T WE MAKE SOME DUMB TV'S for the older generation?

To connect a DVD player to an LG 43Inch 43LR60006LA Smart FHD HDR LED TV, you will need a SCART to HDMI adapter. This adapter will convert the analogue SCART signal from your DVD player to a digital HDMI signal that your TV can accept. You can find SCART to HDMI converters at most electronics stores or online retailers. Once the SCART signal is converted to HDMI, you'll need an HDMI cable to connect the converter to an available HDMI input on your LG TV.
