Customers Say
LG TV praised for great picture, sound, and smart features at a good price. Setup can be complicated and slow, with some issues on remote and stand design. Good for bedrooms and gaming.

Setting up a Tv should never be this complicated
Pros: good picture quality, ideal size, lightweight, good connectivity Cons: absolute pain to set up, I bought this for my mum as she has moved into a new flat and there is no way she would have been able to set this up by herself, took nearly 20 minutes just to get to the point where it could be used with 12 different user agreements, invasive AI, data sharing with 234 'partners' and repeated requests to set up an LG account. Setting up a Tv should never be this complicated or intrusive.

Great tv
After a purchase of another brand which was so flimsy we returned & decided on LG which we’ve had before. Love the display menu & great clear picture.

Good but fiddley
Overall a good telly, with a nice clear picture and sound. Some features are not available: no jack connection for wired headphones, no 'red button' for BBC text pages. The remote control buttons are small and not user friendly, it takes a while to familiarise with the most used buttons. A USB stick is needed to 'record' programmes. Bluetooth is very good for use with ear pods, connects easily. The 'favourites' option is great as you can add up to 6 lists, useful for sorting different genres into separate lists, this does take some time to do though. The stand legs don't fit securely enough no matter how tight you fix the screws. The installed LG channels are OK as they seem to not have adverts during a programme. Smart Home functions (switch on lights etc) look too difficult to operate but could be useful for some. Bought this for Freeview Play which is suitable for me, which as of today it still has That's TV channel.

Fabulous LG TV
I love it!! Bought for my bedroom. Wanted a bigger tv. Have an LG one downstairs so was already familiar with the ins and outs of this tv. Easy to set up. Picture is fab. Style can be changed, for example standard, vibrant, cinema, gaming. Sound is also changeable to suit your preferences. What I absolutely love about this tv is bluetooth so I can use headphones at night if need be. You can turn the screen off and still listen which is always a bonus in my book. I bought a swivel stand as need to be able to rotate, that's a personal preference. Buy this tv, you won't be disappointed!

Great TV!
This is a great smart TV with all the apps and features you could ask for. The picture is clear and the sound is crisp and easy to hear. Both are adjustable to suit your taste. It comes with Amazon Alexa built in. It has 2 x HDMI sockets, a USB socket and comes with inputs for Freeview and Freesat. I also use it as a PC monitor and am very happy with it.

Great TV. So good I've bought several.
Bought several of this model over the years and never had any problems whatsoever. If you do buy one, get yourself a magic controller as it makes it even more user friendly.

Disappointed
The hdmi I sockets are too close together I can’t get two plugged in at the same time. I’ve had to buy hdmi adapters. I also cannot get the screen brightness up as it’s set at 100% from new. So there is no further adjustment
