After checking with our supplier, they have advised for LG 32 Inch 32LR60006LA Smart FHD HDR LED Freeview TV.
This unit will not be able to pause Live TV unless there is a set top box connected that has the ability to do this.

There are a number of reasons this could be happening the main being your internet connection. Make sure the TV has a strong Wi‑Fi signal or try connecting via Ethernet. Weak or unstable internet is the most common cause.

I can advise the following for the LG 32 Inch 32LR60006LA Smart FHD HDR LED Freeview TV:
Assuming you mean Freely enabled TVs, this isn't one. An Aerial is required to watch Live TV. There is an internet service channel listing but these aren't the Freeview channels and are called LG Channels. You do have access to the iPlayers so you can watch Live TV that way on the services that provide live TV access.
