Habitat 20cm cast iron dish ( orange)
Actually wish I hadn’t bought this now , I bought it to replace my old frying pan, but it only cooks meat and 1 potato scone at a time ( I like an odd fry up lol ) , it doesn’t cook eggs , you put oil in the pan and the eggs stick and burn , it’s very small for the price , only good thing about it is that it is easy to wash , will have to buy another proper frying pan again soon , wouldn’t recommend sorry .

Excellent for frittatas
As the title says I bought this for use both on the hob and in the oven as is needed for making frittatas, and it works superbly for the job. I also wanted something suitable for food photography for social media, and this pan gets the five stars in that regard too.

Great Compact Cast Dish
Needed a compact cast iron pan/dish for our induction hob in the campervan. Great quality. Heats up almost instantly. As the handles are short, they get very hot very quickly, so some sort of oven glove is a must. Small size, two burgers are a tight fit but perfect for some sausages.

Good pan for tarte tatin
I bought this for my mum as tarte tatin is her favorite and tested the recipe twice before gifting. It works well for following Andy Cooks on YouTube's pear tarte tatin recipe (substituting apples for pears if you prefer). Be sure to flip away from yourself if trying as the caramel will spray out! We were all happy with the results and mum says it is a handy roasting pan to make roast potatoes for 2 since receiving it.

The depth include a lid line is a typo, it should be depth includes handles but there may not have been a tickbox option for that when placing it on the site initially hence why it says lid. This doesn't come with a lid. Apologies for the confusion cause and we will get the web team to update at their earliest connivance.
