Graham is a Personal Trainer and has been practising the Wim Hof method for 7 years and been an instructor for 4 of them. He's put 1000's of people in the ice and done 100's of breathwork sessions. Graham runs regular workshops where you can explore the three pillars of the Wim Hof Method.
