You won't actually be sitting on Mile End Road, but you will be exploring your senses in a unique woodland just nearby. This is a very unexpected and shall we say, rather 'wild' night out.
First you will be walking through the woods, and learning about the plants that are in season, and how to use them. In this case your wild ingredients will be put to very specific use in a cocktail or two, or three.
As you meander back through the trees, eager to sample a wild rose-hip 75, you will spot a campfire complete with log seats, and cocktails already soaking up all the wild ingredients that London has to offer.
