Unable to set up due to firmware being out of date
Unable to set up due to firmware being out of data and troubleshooting steps are limited. Had to return it and get another one which I hope will be up to date once setting it up.

Yale Smart Camera
I already have one Yale camera and wanted another for a different part of the house so this seemed a natural fit as I can now view both cameras through the App. Although easy to fit, I had problems linking the camera in to begin with because the QR code on the camera was just too small for my smartphone to scan. To overcome this I took and printed a photo of the QR code and set up from there was very straightforward. It easy also easy to extend the power if needs be with a USB extension cable.

Camera is excellent. Instructions are not.
I have several Yale security products. All work well and I would recommend them to friends and family. They all come with the same problem though, the instructions that come with them are unbelievably limited and not well written.

Found It very easy to set up, seems well made, few thing could been better, As I put feed Small time delay on sensing to recording, fitting main/ USB cable hole in wall mounting bracket as hole has to be big to take the bigger size USB plug, a white rubber/ plastic cap to finish and block hole off would have been useful, I used a black rubber blacking cap. Also came with 4 rubber plugs in mounting holes, would have been more useful if you were able cover up mounting screws supplied like cap, very strange

Outstanding Yale Smart Living Full HD Camera
I purchased this Yale Smart Living All-in-One Full HD Camera about a month ago along with a 128GB Micro SD card which is the maximum storage for the camera and the camera has performed brilliantly. No monthly or yearly fees, and on the HD setting the camera overites old information after 9-10 days, not used SD setting. You can speak use the spotlight/microphone/siren/ take video/pictures away from home. Good connectivity to WiFi. Please note though, that the mains lead fitted into the camera is actually a USB Lead which comes with a USB adaptor that has to then be connected to the mains. This is a bit of a pain but overall a top class unit.

"Recording is done locally on an SD card (not supplied). You can view footage in the app. Unfortunately, it is not possible to link this to a cloud and there is no subscription service available."
