Purchased this for my classroom as I didn't like ceiling flush spotlight as too bright. This wall light is just the right level of brightness and no wiring or drilling wall required plus has on/off switch and remote control. Takes 3 AA batteries. I've had A lot of lovely comments about the wall light and am so glad I purchased. Also the built in LED bulb is stated to last 30,000 hours can't be bad.

The JML Smart Sconce Wireless Wall Light - Chrome is not suitable for wallpaper. Compatible surfaces are : tile, wood, laminate, glass, metal or other smooth surfaces. They can be used above pictures to illuminate them.

The wall light is mounted using the peel and stick. It is not screwed to the wall.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the JML Smart Sconce Wireless Wall Light - Chrome: the instructions just advise against sticking the light onto wallpaper therefore tiles would be fine.
