About this product
The Habitat Malone Ottoman Bed sorts your storage and your sleep in one go. It's a superking size frame with hidden storage underneath that you access by lifting the bed base, so you can tuck away bedding, spare pillows, or out-of-season clothes without needing a separate storage unit. The whole bed is upholstered in a linen-look fabric that's soft to touch and gives your bedroom a clean, modern feel. There's a padded headboard included that's nice to lean back against when you're reading or relaxing.
Gas lifts do the hard work when you raise the base, so there's no heavy lifting involved. The base has sprung wooden slats that support your mattress properly and help air flow through. You've got 698L of storage space hidden away, that's plenty for bulky bedding and more. Plastic feet keep it stable and lift the frame slightly off the floor for easy cleaning underneath. Self-assembly is required, and it's best done with two people. Comes with a one-year guarantee.

Great Bed but.....
Beautiful bed, stunning, sturdy construction, unfortunately had to buy extra bolts as 4 of them that were supplied were the wrong size, even by their own parts list there were too many medium size and not enough small, also 2 of the holes were not drilled/punched through properly which had to be rectified, still fab bed after problems sorted

I LOVE THIS BED!! It has exceeded expectations! This bed is even more beautiful in reality than in the pictures. While my husband was worried about the "logistics," even he admits it’s a winner. Assembly was easy, and the quality of the materials is as you expect from Habitat -topnotch. I was specifically looking for great storage; don't let the description fool you, it's much deeper and more functional than it looks online! With a sturdy build and a gorgeous thick headboard, it's the perfect blend of style and comfort. 100/10!

Good sturdy bed
It’s a great sturdy bed, with ample storage. Fairly easy to assemble. I added fairy lights and flower garland to make it less masculine and dark. Love it!

The depth of the base is approximately 14cm. The sides are 36.5cm in height, and the headboard is 96cm in height, so the top of a 27cm depth mattress would be 49.5cm from the floor and leaving 46.5cm of headboard.
