Hot water at the touch of a button
I bought this CASO Design HW 1660 Turbo Hot Water Dispenser a couple of weeks ago and up to now we are well pleased with it, my only critisism is the amount of water it dispences I only wish it did 500mls instead of 400mls. The build is good and strong the size of the water holding tank is a sensable size it would benefit from a slightly greater distance from the back to the outlet spout there is not quite enough room to get a teapot under it. However all in all we are very pleased with it.

Good apart from safety lock
Good product, easy to use. You should be able to disable the safety lock otherwise you need to unlock it every time and it relocks after a few seconds. We are in an environment where there are no children and don't need a safety lock.

So easy
Really like this product . So easy to use. Find the ability to have different quantities of water handy as I have 350ml mug and partner 250ml easy to change from one to another . It does drip a bit after use but I just place the jug i use to fill it up on the drip tray . A lot less of a mess than cleaning drip tray. It would have been a good idea to put the filling line on both sides because depending on where you place it on work top it could be tricky to see. A measure mark on inside at top would be handy but you get used to where the mark is. Overall I prefer it to my water filter kettle I had. Handy for older people with hand pain . Bit expensive but I have had cheaper ones and they haven't been as good as this.
