If you want to struggle buy this Airwrap!
I bought this recently and was so excited to try it on my hair. But! I was very disappointed . My hair is very thick but manageable. I washed my hair, dried up to 80% it with the dryer which is included, but it made my hair so frizzy. The second step, I started to use the curls. Followed all the instructions and half of the head was done . After that, which no one is mentioning !!!!!! THE FILTER STARTED to be OVERHEATED !!!!!! And as it was only half of the head done, I was struggling for another hour as I couldn’t leave it like this. Then AFTER AN HOUR THE CURLS ALL GONE !!. The hair was sooo frizzy where I’ve never experienced before. Please don’t buy this Airwrap!!! It’s not worth the money first. But it wasn’t much the money, it’s a struggle which that mashing is giving you . It supposed to make your life easier not more stressful!!!!

I bought this a while ago, the hair dryer it’s self is great however the actual airwrap curls never work no matter how many times I’ve tried with using pins, wetter hair, dryer hair different techniques nothing works.

Trying to work it out
I bought this on Christmas and was really excited but I’m getting doubtful now whether to keep it or return it as I’ve tried each and every tip that’s out there to make my curls last. Using all the products as well that actually I don’t like using at all but still wasn’t even able to hold them for 30 mins even. Please help me as I really want to keep it. Also the smoothining attachment doesn’t really take all the waves off my hair.

I bought this for New Year’s Eve after wanting one for years. On first use the red light came on and it wouldn’t work again. Tried cleaning the brand new filter and nothing. I was so upset, returned and wouldn’t rebuy it.

Great features
Got this for Christmas great product as are all dyson appliances. Unfortunately didn’t feel it suited my hair I have short bob fine hair, drying my hair was fine but when trying to curl wasn’t great my hair will normally not hold a curl thought this might help but didn’t. I will stick to my Dyson hairdryer and Dyson corrale which I love. My daughter in law decided to buy the air wrap from me and she loves it she has long hair.

Hey Jules,
I can advise that for best results Dyson recommends this is used on 80% dry hair (damp, not wet). However it can be used on wet hair, it will just take longer.
