Love my mask

Error Codes
I have purchased this and was initially impressed, however due to the A3 error code popping up on my mask it has led me with no option other to return the product, even though I was told to continue wearing the product... give the nature of this product I found that I did not want to continue using.

I was a little sceptical of this product due to it’s price tag and some negative reviews. I have used quite a few times, to begin with I did have a little breakout and I’m not a spotty person anyway, then after a few days it cleared up and my skin felt much softer, clearer and doughy. It’s definitely worth its price tag, have a little patience if you start breaking out.

I bought the Shark CryoGlow Under-Eye Cooling & LED Anti-Ageing & Blemish Repair Mask for my wife, because I’m a thoughtful, generous husband who cares deeply about her skincare journey. Fast forward to now, and I’m fairly certain I’ve used it more than she has. What started as “just testing it to make sure it works” quickly turned into a nightly ritual where I sit on the sofa looking like a futuristic supervillain, while my under-eyes enjoy what can only be described as a cryotherapy holiday. The cooling is incredible—like splashing your face with cold mountain water, but without the whole mountain part. The LED glow makes you look ridiculous, but somehow feel youthful, refreshed, and suspiciously confident. Results-wise: my under-eye bags have checked out early, my skin looks brighter, and I now understand why my wife guards this thing like a prized possession. We may need to buy a second one to save the marriage. Five stars. Bought for my wife. Accidentally became my favourite gadget. Would recommend—to couples willing to share… or not.

We do not recommend using the Cryoglow mask if you have any sort of electronic medically implanted devices.
That is correct. This mask has the same features as the sage coloured mask, as well as any other variant of it available on the market.
The charger stand is not included with this package. The photo shown is purely for demonstration purposes. This version only comes with a normal usb plug-in charger.
