Bought for My Wife. Stolen by Me. Zero Regrets.
I bought the Shark CryoGlow Under-Eye Cooling & LED Anti-Ageing & Blemish Repair Mask for my wife, because I’m a thoughtful, generous husband who cares deeply about her skincare journey. Fast forward to now, and I’m fairly certain I’ve used it more than she has. What started as “just testing it to make sure it works” quickly turned into a nightly ritual where I sit on the sofa looking like a futuristic supervillain, while my under-eyes enjoy what can only be described as a cryotherapy holiday. The cooling is incredible—like splashing your face with cold mountain water, but without the whole mountain part. The LED glow makes you look ridiculous, but somehow feel youthful, refreshed, and suspiciously confident. Results-wise: my under-eye bags have checked out early, my skin looks brighter, and I now understand why my wife guards this thing like a prized possession. We may need to buy a second one to save the marriage. Five stars. Bought for my wife. Accidentally became my favourite gadget. Would recommend—to couples willing to share… or not.

Great device
Only used this for a couple of weeks so far but very impressed. Love the eye cooling aspect, and my skin definitely is start to look better.

Not bad but be careful
I’ve only had the mask for less than a month. It’s handy as is only takes a few minutes however I have had a slight issue with it already. I hadn’t even used it ten times and one time when I was using it on the blemish repair setting the remote had a malfunction and stopped the session when it still had 2 bars of charge left, 3 minutes left of the treatment and was undamaged. Luckily it’s not happened again yet but I’m not holding my breathe. When I raised the issue with Shark the only way of contacting them was over the phone but I prefer email so that was no good for me. So therefore if you’re going to purchase the mask bare this in mind incase the same happens to you.

Red light mask
Used for a week. Skin feels slightly clearer but it does say it takes 8 weeks to notice. Mask is bulky and the strap keeps it in place. Battery life is poor. I have to charge it every other use. Easy to use and move around with.

So far so good
Have completed 12 sessions of the blemish repair treatment so far, it has definitely decreased a sore spots which I couldn't seem to get rid of. It also seems to have improved some scarring I had. The under eye cooling is lovely (unsure how a few others have said it's bruised them) as you can control what level of cool you need. Looking forward to using the anti-aging once have finished my course of anti-blemish

Like it! It’s a keeper
Really living this LED mask. Made a huge difference to my husband’s dark sunspots. Only been using it for a couple of weeks but my skin feels a bit brighter

Good however battery not great
I do like the mask however the battery life is not what I expected I’d seen lots of people saying it lasts a week I’m lucky if I get 3 days out of it
