Good size for shorter layers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly I like the size of these straighteners- they’re nice and slim and able to work perfectly on my chin length hair. I’ve had straighteners for thick hair before but they were too wide to reach my shorter layers. I like that there are different heat settings available- so I don’t have to scorch my hair to get a smooth look. A negative for me is the plates themselves- I found they snagged my hair and pulled out strands, which obviously I did not enjoy! Otherwise they’re great and if this design flaw could be fixed they’d be even better .

Not good for thick hair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t like this product, I have very thick wavy hair and I didn’t feel that it make it look straight enough, I still had a wave to it. The only things I liked was it felt like a good long lasting product and the temperature control was good.

They left my hair straight & feeling good. Cheaper than my usual brand so therefore not as good, but for the price - brilliant.

Nostalgic but the same
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This brought me back to my secondary school days, where I owned Remington straighteners. These have two settings, and the plates heat up quickly. This would be great for those who don't have thick hair or long hair, otherwise it'll take a long time to straighten. It did snag my hair a little, so the thought of trying to use it to curl my hair wasn't appealing. It didn't properly straighten the ends, which defeats the purpose I guess. These two points happened back in the days as well so it seems like nothing has been updated. This would be a good budget option or as a first pair for those who are new.

Excellent Straightners

I have long waist length hair and have always used a different brand straightener (Ghd) sue to long thick hair. As soon as you plug these in they heat up quickly in 30 seconds, have two heat settings, on/off switch with LED indicator and a long swivel cord. Ceramic plates glide through my hair like silk. From testing the first strand I was seriously impressed with these! They curl perfectly and straighten better than previous mentioned! I think they are fab! Super light to hold. Fantastic straighteners. My hair felt soft and smooth after and not dry and frazzled. I would highly recommend these. For the price they are definitely worth having.

great mid range straightener

Fast heat up making straightening quicker

Ideal for short hair
