Stunning image quality
I needed to replace my nearly 10 year old Samsung as the screen had issues and the smart functions had stopped working a long time ago. It had brilliant sound so I was concerned about changing, I researchsed a few different models that offered what I wanted and settled with this. Unfortunately the sound is really not good, very tinny and hollow and the balance settings barely change it but it is very good for everything else so far. Having only 2 HDMI ports may become an issue later down the line but for now it works for me. Image quality is stunning and the OS is smooth and responsive.

Great TV
I bought this a few days ago and it was delivered 2days later. when it came to installing the TV I did not need to adjust anything, Brightness, contrast, resolution or Vibrancy

Great visual and screen, lacking sound quality
The TV from the visual perspective is good, neat looking construction and surprisingly light compared to a smaller older plasma TV. I found it easy to lift by myself. That does suggest though that if you put it in a position that it could be knocked it might tip over. Indeed the instruction recommend linking it to a wall, they supply the P clips to be used but no strap or cord. It was easy to set up though the set up process is quite long and suggest using a phone to make it easier though it can be done without. Connectivity could do with being better as it only has two HDMI ports one of which you will probably want to use with a soundbar meaning you only have one available for another device such as game box, satellite or streaming stick. If you have more than one then you will need to have a HDMI switch box to accommodate. At times the screen seems to tend towards being blue intensive but other times is not noticeable and once you have seen it a couple of times it becomes unnoticed. The sound however is very tinny and thin. After some juggling with the equalisation boosting base to the max and reducing the high end significantly (and the in between frequencies appropriately) it resembled what we had previously though it still seemed thin. This encouraged us after hearing it to purchase a soundbar (with bass unit) which immediately made a significant difference and was instantly acceptable. The TV automatically adjusted to having the soundbar plugged into the HDMI eARC connector and "it just worked".

Sound quality really bad
I purchased a television on 5th April, and I have been experiencing an issue with the sound. Whenever I play any audio, the TV produces a vibrating or buzzing noise, which is affecting the sound quality.
