Super easy
A very handy piece of Kit, does the job of two items so takes up less room in the home, simple yet affective design you don't have to touch the pad to remove and they hold a lot more mess than you would think. Great price from Argos very much recommended.

Does exactly what it needs to.
After having had it a few weeks , it does exactly what it says on the tin. My one bugbear is how quickly the disposable pads need to be changed, but as I have dogs and love in the country , this may be a problem specific to me.

I bought this product a couple of months ago. Everything worked fine for around 6 weeks then it just stopped charging. A red light comes on briefly for a couple of seconds, then goes off leaving the unit dead

Brilliant
I love this vacmop. I was looking for the perfect cleaner for ages and this is it. Quick whip round and done. The battery doesn't last for the whole of my downstairs which is a bit of a bug bear but other than that I can't fault this product. Well done Shark!

Quick and convenient
Does exactly as described, it’s quicker than having to set up a hoover first then a mop. It reaches edges and corners both when hoovering and mopping. The cleaning solution is very quick drying and streak free.

You generally should not use a steam mop on Luxury Vinyl Tile because most of them are not heat-resistant.
The Shark VM200UK is specifically engineered for use on hard surfaces like tile, laminate, wood, stone, and it is also compatible for cleaning small to medium messes on Amtico flooring, but we recommend you to remove debris first, use gentle mop settings, avoid floor contacting grit, and don’t oversaturate.
This appliance is meant for hard floor surfaces only. It is not suitable for carpets.
The bottles can only be refilled with the same kind of solution that is available for purchase on the Shark website. Please do not use other brands of solution as they are not compatible.
