Great looking machine, let down by a noisy pump!

Was so excited to get this new washing machine which was replacing a Bosch. We wanted a larger drum without having a massive machine that sticks out from under the kitchen counter top, so thought this would be the perfect machine. It really does look great, it’s very smart and very easy to use. It cleans very well and is reasonably quiet during the main wash cycle. The only downside is the pump to drain the water away just before the final spin cycle is very noisy and constantly kicks in and out for nearly 10 mins. Our Bosch never did this, it did it a couple of times then did the spin cycle. This seems to take ages and it’s very annoying. My partner is already fed up with the noise and we’ve only had it a day! I’m not sure if we may have a faulty unit or it’s just normal operation but it’s taken a shine off it. We shall keep an eye on it but may need to return it and try a different brand with a quieter operation.

Great machine

I like the machine, it looks good and you can hook it up to your phone too to see what electric and after it uses and it will alert you when finished. Has plenty of programmes although i never use them all, will probably only use the 49 min one. The only gripe i have with it it the auto dose- if you switch this off you can put detergent in manually but then it wont just allow you to add softener. There should be a separate option for this as some people use pods and still like a Bit of sofrener. So it is frustrating on that part, inwould Prefer not to have the auto dose and just a normal dispensing drawer, there Was no option to have this when purchasing. So i think they could do better there. It so far, cleans well and its great that it fits snuggly under my cabinet, thats the main reason for purchase as i only have a small kitchen. I hope it will last a lot longer than my previous Haier one that only lasted 3 years and the bearings went, luckly i could Choose this.

Dangerous vibrations and multiple faults

Purchased this machine in April and already dealing with two serious issues. During a full load wash, the machine vibrated so violently it was moving across the floor and almost brought tall cabinets crashing down beside it. This is a genuine health and safety risk, not just a minor inconvenience. Today, on a quick wash, it's now throwing a water inlet anomaly error and won't complete a cycle. Three months in and the machine is both unsafe and unreliable.

Recently purchased and so far very impressed with the number of wash cycles, ease of use and the very user friendly app including remote operation, very quiet in use and easy access with the large drum size, auto dosing a great feature.

Great purchase!

Absolutely amazing washing machine! What a difference compared to my other one. Absolutely loving the auto dispense, clothes are coming out so clean and fresh! It is also so quiet even when spinning, I only know the load is finished as it plays a tune. So impressed and would highly recommend. Also a very sleek design and can be controlled by your phone which is a bonus especially as a busy mum!

Unfortunately I am not happy with it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it last week , but I have been so unlucky with it because last night during washing the clothes my washing machine started leaking from the drawer too much leaking and it made a massive noise i was really scared so I had to turn it off and not using it.

I wouldn’t recommend the Hisense auto-dose washing machine based on my experience. The auto-dosing feature sounds great in theory, but in practice it’s inconsistent
