Hello There.
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Habitat Lockie Metal 3 Light Cluster Pendant Light - Black.
To adjust the cable length, there is a small screw in the side of the collar where the cable enters the ceiling rose. Use a flathead screwdriver to loosen this screw and then pull the cable through into the ceiling rose until it is at the desired length. Retighten the screw, and also move the plastic loop that is on the cable inside the ceiling rose so it is as close to the cable exit as possible for additional security.
We do recommend a qualified electrician is used to install this product.
Thank you for using Q & A.
