About this product
The Bowie Ottoman Bed gives you somewhere comfortable to sleep and plenty of hidden storage for bedding, spare pillows, or seasonal clothes. It's got a padded bubble headboard and sides that add a soft feature to your bedroom. The linen-look fabric feels nice and wipes clean after everyday marks. An assisted lift mechanism lets you raise the mattress base easily, no heavy lifting or awkward angles. There's 615L of space underneath for bulkier items you want out of sight. Sprung wooden slats support your mattress and keep air moving, that stops dampness building up and keeps bedding fresher.
The headboard's included with all the fixings you need to attach it securely to the frame. Plastic feet lift the base 5cm off the floor, making it easier to hoover underneath without shifting the whole bed about. The side rails sit at a comfortable height for getting in and out. It'll support a maximum user weight of 110kg. Arrives flat-packed across two boxes, you'll need two people to put it together. There's a two-year guarantee on the frame and one year on the fabric.
With sprung wooden slats for healthy airflow this Bowie bed is all about helping to create conditions for a good night's sleep. A design with rest and relaxation at its heart.

Colour not cream
We bought this bed recently and although the bed seems good quality, it wasn’t the colour we expected. It is advertised as ‘cream’ however it is more of a natural colour and almost looks grey in some lights

Nice looking large ottoman bed base
Looks lovely but lower then my previous base so something I am going to have to get used to and also bigger, my own fault for not measuring properly but takes up a lot of room and creaks a lot too due to the metal of the base and the wooden slats. The under bed storage is great and there is a lot of room.
