My son got a lit of fun out of building this set and playing with the mario model. The app it came with really worked well. It was the first time my 7 year old really engaged with and enjoyed building LEGO

Repetitive
I really felt like the missed it here with this set. We already got a Mario Standard Kart earlier this year it would’ve made much more sense to have this be a Luigi or Peach Standard Kart. Rest of the set is fine.

I bought this two weeks ago for our little boy. He loves Lego anyway (and Mario) but the additional interactive nature of this set makes it even more appealing for him.

The Super Mario interactive Lego set is great. Age 7+ and has 278 pieces. The Mario figure makes sounds and his face lights up. It comes with different blocks which makes sounds when you place Mario on them. When you bounce Mario he makes sounds.

Brilliant little set, the Mario Kart is easy enough to make and has a little gun on the side that lets you flick out shells ( a red and a green is included in the pack ) also has a banana you can add to the other side to flick off. The accessories it comes with are an added bonus and make the set interactive with the interactive Mario figure included in the set. Mario reacts differently to each interactive barcode. My son is over the moon at this set. Great addition to our mario collection.

A nice easy build with lots of extras to play with. The interactive Super Mario figure is clever and fun, and is compatible with other Super Mario LEGO sets we have. The figure reads the bar codes and makes a range of sounds from the video game that fans will recognise. You get 60 seconds to play the interactive game and challenge each other to collect the most coins as displayed on Mario. Easy to understand how to set it up and play, simple enough for younger children but still fun for adults, and 60 seconds is good for those with a short attention span! Trying to beat each other adds to the entertainment.
