A super-heavy hitter with only one drawback.

Generally, the washer/dryer is very good. There are lots of settings for every need. It is mostly quiet, and the spin is about normal for a washing machine, about voice loudness. There is a nice refresh option, to steam clean some garments, a spin, and a dry function. Cloths are super clean, and smell great, and feel fluffy from the dryer. 30 mins drying is enough to leave only light dampness, which is dry after hanging for 2 hours. The dryer is actually very hot, and up there with most stand-alone dryers. A very nice bit of kit apart from one thing. The water consumption is huge, at a time when my area was in drought status. A normal toilet flush is 3-13 litres of water, but the washer needs 30-70 litres per wash. Thats a normal bath tub of water, just to wash a few briefs. There is a quick 15 min cold wash cycle, but if you add 40 degree heat, the wash time goes up to 40 mins, because it goes through the rinse cycles. Even my old washer had Rapid 35, which washed things with a lot less water, and 5 mins sooner. A cotton wash takes 53mins at 70 degrees. A full load of washing takes 3-4 hours, with a good deal (half?) of that being drying time, if you use the dryer function. All I can hear with each rinse cycle is my money going down the drain, and my water bill is now suffering. Overall, a very hungry beast with a wide mouth and huge belly, and one which cuts through laundry like a chain saw cuts through bean stalks, without breaking a single bead of sweat. But requires a lake of water to be on standby to get through a family wash, or a round of bedding.

I bought this about a month ago and I am really happy I did. It has great variety of settings and the fact that you can operate it remotely using the app is amazing. I also like that I can preset how long to tumble dryer for rather that go the whole duration. Oh and the anti crease feature really works.
