Fantastic hoover
My daughter purchased this 1st told me i should get one! So i did its great so easy to use, very powerful i love it.

Power Cable is a nightmare.
This is a fantastic vacuum cleaner, relatively light but extremely powerful and easy to use but totally let down by the power cable. I had read reviews mentioning the cable in a negative way but ignored them, how bad can a cable be. Mistake, it is dreadful, it is unwieldy and like wrestling with an errant snake! I have no idea how this can have passed any form of quality control and surely it is a cheap and quick fix? Despite all the positives I cannot recommend a product that makes it difficult to use for no discernible reason .... Shark just fix it.

Good but has some issues
It’s my 2nd shark hoover so I know how to use etc. It’s great but the power lead gets in the way no matter what you do & also attachments don’t sit right on hoover as there’s not enough space to hold them. Odour cartridge is ok but I can’t smell much. Apart from that it’s good

Disappointed
Very disappointed with this vacuum cleaner, it doesn't fit underneath my bed to clean the carpets and you cannot use the wand with the electric foot attached to go under the bed as it doesn't fit together, all I can do is use the wand and the small attachment but this is not suitable, I now have to buy another vacuum cleaner that will fit underneath the beds like a cordless

Needs a better quality lead.
Good vac but lead is too stiff, the lead has split 3 times in 2 years, i taped it up but I’ve now cut the lead off and replaced it with a softer, more rubbery lead.

Great
Always loved hoovers from Shark. We lost our classic in the recent floods. However love this model. To be picky and agreeing with others. On carpet it does run away so you do have to hold it back. And yes the wires are stiff. But it’s a great hoover I would recommend this definitely.

Needs softer cable
A very good hoover, a bit too powerful as it eats my rugs 😆 .the only real complaint is that the cable is terribly hard ,it was lovely and supple on my old shark hoover.
