Useless plug
Although the product seems decent enough it's incredibly frustrating that it comes with a 2 pin plug which is useless in the UK. It's a lot of extra hassle and expense to find a decent adapter.

Quality you can trust
I've only used this a couple of times since I bought it, but like my previous Braun trimmer it's well up to the job and performs really well. In between, I bought a cheaper model which wasn't as good as the Braun, and didn't last very long at all. I won't make that mistake again!
