Bought for my partner, really helps me to tell whether she’s lying about whether she slept well or not.

Great features.
I’ve been wearing for almost a month and absolutely love it. The charge is excellent and is a lot comfier than a tracker watch. The app is really easy to navigate.

Love it!!
Bought this just under a month ago and I swear by it. Great for tracking sleep and menstrual cycles (don’t have to pay for natural cycles app, oura does it alone perfectly) would definitely recommend buying the ring sizer. Size down if between two sizes!! Battery lasts over a week for me and doesn’t take long to charge. Would recommend buying a protective case as they scratch easily but these are found cheap online.

Does what it says
I’ve had this for around a month, and it’s the best purchase I’ve done for a while. Prefer this ring over any smart watches. Comfortable to wear, holds the battery really well.

Hello Mandy,
The Oura Ring 4 Bluetooth Smart Ring Black - 5 can be worn on any finger of either hand. However, for the best signal quality, we recommend wearing it on your index, middle, or ring finger, as these fingers have larger blood vessels, which help optimize pulse monitoring.
