About this product
The Sealy Pewter Single Divan Bed provides a solid foundation for everyday rest without adding to a smaller bedroom. At 90cm wide and 190cm long, it sits neatly along the wall and because there's no built-in drawer storage, the base stays compact. It's sold as a single base on its own, so you'll need to add your own mattress and headboard.
The lid is finished in StayTight fabric, a grippy weave that holds the mattress securely, preventing slipping overnight. It'll take a Sealy mattress or most others, which helps if you fancy a change later on. The pewter grey fabric is a quiet mid-tone that pairs nicely with painted walls or patterned bedding, while the chrome feet lift the base clear of the carpet, so a vacuum head fits underneath. Headboard fixings come included and work with both strutted headboards and full-height ones that run to the floor. A base height of 34cm gives you a comfortable perch for pulling on socks, and it's rated for users up to 203kg. Excellent bed when it arrived it had a broken drawer and one of the feet. I rang Argos I had taken pictures expecting to have to email them. Spoke to a customer services and within 30 minutes he had arranged a new delivery and would pick up the damaged bed within 4 days apologising it could not be sooner offering me a am or pm delivery The bed is perfect and what excellent customer service
