Better than my previous one
I brought this as it was on offer, happy I did. One thing I like about it is that it doesn't switch off even if not in use, which my previous one did even when I am on a call for few minutes it switches off and I have to reset it again, love the different colors. However, I don't like that it didn't come with its own charger cable, and the welcoming voice when you switch it on, there should be an option to put it off if you don't like it, makes it sound cheap (my opinion).

Thank you for your question. Yes, you can play/pause and skip tracks using the buttons on our JBL Tune 530BT. To play or pause your music, simply press the Multi‑Function (center) button once. To skip forward, press and hold the Volume Up (+) button for about 2 seconds. To skip backward, press and hold the Volume Down (–) button for about 2 seconds.
Thanks for your question. Our JBL Tune 530BT does not feature active noise cancellation and relies on a tight on-ear fit for passive noise reduction. You may want to check our JBL Tune 660NC or Tune 770NC which features ANC.
