Great product - practise makes perfect!
I really love how this product helps my hair retain shine and volume after being styled. It takes a bit of time to get the technique right with the curlers - make sure you use the correct directional barrel depending on the side of your head. I have very thick hair and I would say the finish is like a big bouncy blow dry which is what I wanted but obviously the finish will vary depending your hair type. I have had a go with the other attachments - the smoothing one is very kind to your hair - but again I need a bit more practise! I probably wouldn't have bought this product at the original price point, but the Black Friday deal made it more affordable and at least an investment purchase. I would recommend it.

Good item, some downfalls but overall good value
Good value for money in comparison to other similar items. A bit difficult to get used to, attachments can get quite hot and is noisy but that doesn’t bother me as other hairdryers are also noisy. Happy with my purchase but wouldn’t have wanted to pay more than I did

No power
Bad immune just sits in a box as the hairdryer has no power in it at all. It’s my third on first one a piece was snapped what you use to switch the nozzle round the second one it used to cut out and my third one just has no power in it and I have fine hair. I’ve tried to send it back to get a new one as still under warranty as I thought I may had just been unlucky but there is no way to return it
