It’s super easy to use, has a great range - but not overwhelming of drying cycles. Seems to be very economical too in the few weeks of use.

A game changer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic addition to a busy household, quiet when running, towels dried efficiently in less than an hour come out soft as anything. Nice big drum. Light is a fantastic feature. It is very easy to use. I would definitely recommend it.

Great machine, easy to set up, use and run! Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine isn’t the fastest dryer I’ve ever had, but it’s definitely the cheapest to Run and gets the job done! It’s energy efficient! Quite quiet and doesn’t sound or feel like it’s going to take off as my old one did! It meets my kitchen aesthetic and and is really easy to use and empty. 5/5 I can’t fault it!

The noise level is perfect, just loud enough for you to know when it’s finished, i love the different settings, especially the pet care and the 5kg quick dry which is great for those smaller loads and has the capacity for bigger loads! doesn’t take up to much electricity being a A+++ energy rating!

Quite functional with less noise

My only concern is the door design, the hinges feel a bit light and the door sticks out more than necessary, which could make it easier to catch on something. Overall though, it’s a reliable appliance, just would benefit from a sturdier, more practical door.

Smart machine, takes a while to fully dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Going from zero experience of a tumble dryer here is my review... Very easy to set up and then use. One easy dial to turn to select what you are drying. Simple pull out water bottle to empty the water collected when drying and machine will alarm when needed if you haven't emptied. I was rather surprised at how long each cycle was, probably as my assumption was people use these to save time drying, however 2 hours seems a long time. That said I tested some towels and whilst the timer said it would take 2hrs 50 I took them out after an hour. They were already very soft and close to fully dry. They stayed soft after I left them on a clothes airer to finish drying so that was a good result. For bedding I put in a sheet, pillow cases and duvet. Dried well in 2 hours (though did find one small damp patch). Only negative feedback was the sheet was totally crumpled and creased which you don't get on the line. I can see me using it for fluffy towels and to dry stuff when it's a damp day. Very smart machine and the "fluff collector" is really easy to empty and put back in.

Fantastic Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freestanding Hotpoint tumble dryer is a great for drying everything. It comes ready to use, simply unpack, plug it in and it’s ready to go. It looks neat and modern, it is simple to operate and has a large selection of programmes, if you are not sure which programme is right the sensor drying function will detect which fabrics are in the drum and adapt the settings. It easily fits in an existing typical space for an appliance in a kitchen or utility room but can also be used safely and efficiently in garages or outbuildings as it has cold guard to protect against low temperatures. There is an easy to remove water tank which needs emptying after each use or the included drain tube can be attached to directly drain the water away. An easy clean filter is built in just inside the door which is quick and simple to remove and empty. It has a large 8kg capacity drum ideal for family loads of washing, there is a light in the drum which comes on when you open the door so it is easy to see if anything has been left inside. It is fairly quiet when in use and with an A+ energy rating it is reasonably cheap to run. Overall very pleased with this tumble dryer and would recommend it.

An efficient, effective and smart design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freestanding tumble dryer is a great for drying your clothes. It is simple and quick to operate, it fits in an existing typical space for an appliance in a kitchen or utility room. Setting up is simple. My delivery driver took all the packaging with them. It just requires to be plugged in to an electrical socket, so you could place it pretty much anywhere in the home or garage, but if you don’t want to empty the tank after use you can redirect the water to a drain. It comes with everything you would need to do this assuming you have the plumbing for an existing washing machine, or somewhere to direct waste water. At around 39kg It is light enough for a typical adult to manoeuvre on their own. Two people could move this with ease. It looks modern and neat, the screen and dial are clear to read and self explanatory. Just sleet the setting and press the play button. If you forget something you can simply open the door the dryer will stop and you can add it in. Clothes come out dry and undamaged. Ready to go in your wardrobe straight away, with little to no creases, you can also use it to freshen up clothes that have been put on the line and are dry but still have that cold feeling. With its A+ energy rating it gives good efficiency, it is much cheaper to run compared to a condenser dryer. The 8kg load feels right for a typical family of 4 that is regularly washing their clothes. I would recommend this product to any one looking for a tumble dryer.

Heat pump convert

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never heard of a heat pump tumble dryer before this and now after using this tumble dryer I can say I am a convert. This has a low energy rating of A which is great as my wife loves to tumble dry especially during rainy season, so will save in energy costs as replaces our usual standard tumble dryer. On first use we dried towels which has it's own setting on the control panel. We found it takes abit longer than your standard dryer but this will be because of the low energy rating and not an issue. Comes with 15 different settings a setting for everything you would use the dryer for. Another feature we liked was the water collected at the top of the machine in the draw so was easy to slide out and empty and also lightweight (optional drain hose included aswell) Overall a great tumble dryer and one I think we will use for many years

Energy efficient and user friendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such an underated tumble dryer that has so many functions that i absolutely love it: - It has energy rating of A which is brilliant to save energy costs . - Comes with the drum light (good thinking by the manufacturers) which turns automatically on when the door is open so you wont miss any socks or small laundry pieces. - Another unique design by the manufacturers that it shall work energy efficiently up to the temperature of zero degree. This has given me such a piece of mind as my kitchen has no more space to accomodate it , so we have kept it in our store knowing it will work perfectly during winter too( with some space for air circulation). - Comes with drain hose which i initially was not sure what it was its purpose but when i realise this is to connect to the drain pipe (optional) so that one may not require manual emptying of the accumulated water. - Comes with 15 different settings, so many options to choose from, also has child lock option and pet hair technology. - Also helpful to plan when you want to use it with the start delay function, another advantage if you are registered for quieter energy use time with your energy provider. - Uses heat pump technology which are proven energy efficient as compared to condenser tumble dryers. To make it even worth it, comes with sensors to monitor moisture and temperature levels inside the dryer. - Also was amazed by their customee service where the delivery booking and actual delivery process went so smooth and informed one. Best part was we did not even need to initiate the warranty registration process as it was all taken care of during the delivery booking, not to mention comes with 1 year labour and 10 long years parts warranty. Overall our family has absolutely loved this tumble dryer.
