Inner Screen Failure After 3 Months
I have been a loyal Samsung customer for over 10 years and have owned multiple premium devices, including Flip and Fold models. Unfortunately, my experience with the Galaxy Z Flip 7 has been extremely disappointing. After just three months of normal use, the inner screen started flickering. I took the device to an authorised Samsung service centre expecting a warranty repair. Instead, my claim was rejected due to a minor cosmetic scratch, which has absolutely no relation to an internal screen defect. It is unacceptable for a premium device to develop such a serious issue so quickly, and even more disappointing that Samsung would deny warranty support based on a cosmetic mark. This feels unfair and does not reflect the quality or customer care Samsung promotes. I expected better from Samsung, especially as a long-term customer. I hope Samsung UK reviews cases like this more fairly and stands behind its premium products.

The Elderly and the New!
As an elderly community member, I still have to get use to AI and all that it has to offer. YouTube is coming in so handy! I've been an A**le user since its inception so this is a big change for me and I am pleasantly surprised as to the features of the Samsung Galaxy 7 Flip and just how easy it is to use.

better than i thought it
I love the look, feel and the convenience of my flip. I know there has been a lot of discussion on the chip, but i have had no issues, and i have found the phone a joy to use. We have 3 flips in the family, my wife and daughter have a z flip 6 each, and i have a 7. My son who games a lot, has the S24 Ultra for the power. However, all 3 flip users are very happy. I use my flip to process the raw files from my fuji camera, using both Lightroom and the ai features in Ui8. No issues, no crashes and works a treat. I am a total convert to the Flip world.

Camera lens fault
Only had flip 7 for 6months on the wide screen of camera 1x getting white vertical lines since not used camera for while unaware when happened so its very delicate -not like my samsung ultra s24ultra never had issues its under warranty free but if found it my fault hence by being dropped/knocked then I have to pay but I've not done that -not happy at all even on google lens when viewing a item has same thing white vertical lines will now.need to buy another phone will go back to the new samsung 26ultra coming out soon

Had my flip z 7 since July been very happy with it, it's been amazing, I did have a flip 5 it used to get hot and the bezel came off, but up to now the flip z 7 is far better and doesn't get hot am impressed đ
