Slow Cooking
Awful, have had a Ninja before and since bought a side by side after I returned this. It just does not cook well at all, not so bad food on a rack but doing chips was impossible. Half an hour later and they were still raw.

Good product
I bought this double stack air fryer three weeks ago on recommendation from my son in law and have found it really good. Cooks bacon a treat, roast potatoes and parsnips are lovely and crispy and if you use the crisper plate chicken kievs no longer have soggy bottoms, wonderful. Should have bought one years ago.

As always great product and features
Had several Ninja products over the years but needed to upgrade from our existing single basket air fryer, after reviewing the different models we chose the Ninja double stack XL with thermometer. We are really pleased with the product and the quality, it is much neater and less bulky than we thought. Easy to use display which is also clear and easy to read, baskets have plenty of capacity and I love the fact that you can sync the cooking times for different items. Would highly recommend this product.

Easy to use
So far, so good. I recommend watching a couple of Youtube videos on how to use this and the features that it has. Once you get the hang of it, it's very quick and easy to use. It is very easy to clean, I have simple handwashed the racks and crisper plates and wiped out the drawers after use, they are all very non-stick so mess just wipes off in seconds. It does stick out fairly far on the counter top though, so we've put ours in the corner facing outwards on an angle. One word of warning - the electrical cord is RIDICULOUSLY short, it barely reaches the nearest plug for us. Apparently this is some sort of safety feature but it is extremely silly IMO, as people will end up just plugging it into an extension which is probably even more dangerous. I've not used the temperature probe at all yet so cannot comment on that, but it cooks quickly and evenly, and so far our household is happy with it. LOADS of space with the two deep drawers and racks, and it will be a big help at Christmas for all the extra trimmings.

Love this stackable ninja
I have used this most days, it is very easy to use, I have cooked roast potatoes, stuffing and pork chops all at the same time and had perfect results. The sync action is easy to set up and works perfectly

This is our first Ninja and very impressed with the quality of build, excellent cooking capabilities, multi function programs and food is cooked to the required temperature . The Double stacking model is a must space saver, so it frees up valuable kitchen work surface. We are definitely converted to a Ninja.

The drawers and crisper plates can be washed in the dishwasher or by hand. If handwashed, air-dry or towel-dry all parts after use. To extend the life of the drawers we recommend hand-washing them.
