The Habitat Hugh Wooden Double Bed provides proper support and comfort for a good night's rest. It features a sprung slatted base that adds bounce and supports your mattress, while solid birchwood legs keep it stable. Slim birchwood wings provide a snug feeling when you settle in. A removable cushioned back pad velcros on for extra softness or can be removed for cleaner lines. The retro-inspired design blends sculptural curves with spindle details that add character. It fits a standard UK double mattress, so you're all set.

The wooden slat base spreads weight evenly and lets your mattress breathe, that's important for keeping it fresh over time. There's 35cm space underneath, so you can hoover or store things without awkward manoeuvring. The cushioned back pad wipes clean when needed, just unvelcro it and give it a quick clean. Solid birchwood gives you lasting stability, and the wood feet keep the frame steady. Self-assembly with two people recommended, all fixings and instructions are provided. It'll support up to 220kg total user weight comfortably.
